You may want to say
"No" to dual agency

Consumer, before you sign that Dual Agency Agreement, stop and ask yourself:

"Is my trusted salesperson, who is now now encouraging me to accept and agree to diminished representation from her/his Agency/Brokerage, the best person to be advising me about Dual Agency?"

Informed consent can only be given by an informed consumer. You have the right to single agency and undivided loyalty from your real estate Agent (Broker) and every salesperson employed by the Agency (Brokerage).

Single Agency = Undivided Loyalty
Dual Agency = Conflict of Interests

You have every right to say "No" to a dual agency agreement.
